About Festival

Bali International Film Festival is one of Indonesia’s leading film industry events held on its most famous island of Bali.

The festival is attended by filmmakers and industry professionals with a diverse and enthusiastic audience of local and foreigners.

Film from all genres of fiction or documentary, feature length and shorts from Indonesia and around the world are accepted for consideration.

The festival has a juried competition with awards presented in several artistic and technical categories.

We are dedicated to support Indonesian filmmakers by showcasing films locally produced as a means of illustrating the country’s capabilities and potential.

Film submission fees for waived for Indonesian nationals (WNI).
